I strive to keep the highest level of customer service. You may return your item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price. In most cases, original shipping will not be refunded.  For example, an exception to this rule would be a gross misrepresentation of the product offered.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Using the form below, please contact me within 3 days of delivery to make arrangements for the return.   Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with a copy of the original packing slip included.  Please return your item so it is received by us within 10 days of the date you submitted the Return Authorization Form.Your item will be inspected upon return to assure that it is in the same condition as it was when it was originally shipped and your refund will be issued within 5 business days via your original payment method.
